Invented in 1877 by Frenchman Emile Reynaud to overcome the deficiencies of the Zoetrope, this beautiful optical device entertains and delights.  Complete with 20  animated strips, this is an example of one of the first motion picture instruments.  Crafted with a brass base, this piece will adorn and educate, delight and entertain.
